All accessible Books on the Bookshare platform are made available under one of three permission systems:
- The Irish Copyright Act 2000 and the The Marakesh Treaty 2018.
- Publisher permission
- Materials with no copyright protection
No property, copyright, or publication rights of any materials and resources shall pass to you on your use of this Website.
Each Item will be attributed copyright permissions to be observed which may restrict the types of print a disability user can access, the materials and the geographical region within which it can be used.
