Synopsis

This is a strange story with many undertones sexual and psycological. A gang of boys single out a sailor the lover of one of the boy's mother) for what they judge as a betrayal of their image of what he should be. In the end they murder him in retribution. This is a strange story, and has many undercurrents both sexual and psycological. I would not recommend it for young readers.
